Tony Pan was my trainer for my Cert IV in Business Administration. Went above and beyond and was so responsive to any questions. Ben McMillan was also easy to contact and on top of everything. They care more about the piece of paper and the money, and you finish your course with a really good understanding of the subjects. They were really flexible and allowed me to change units and tailor my projects to things relevant to my workplace. Would recommend to anyone.
